Seven Pounds
Why he seems sadly even though he is doing the right thing. It’s a kind of sadness from deep of his heart. He is helping people but, somehow, I am thinking that he is trying to help himself or set himself free through helping other people. He is focus on everyone he met, try to listening, try to understanding, and help the people from his heart. And he wants to end his life every minute and second. He gave himself as gifts to 7 persons who he thinks they deserved. It’s cool that using the Jellyfish to end.
There is another movie scene of The Hours came to my head while I was watching Seven Pounds. A woman lay on a bed in the middle of the water. It feels like that woman is almost swallowing by the flood. That scene was her imagination. I felt that sadness of the Seven Pounds drowned my sorrows.
